Hansi Flick Makes Barcelona Striker Demand as Julian Alvarez Emerges as Lewandowski Successor

Hansi Flick has reportedly made his position clear to Barcelona’s sporting hierarchy: Julian Alvarez is the only striker he wants to lead the club’s attack next season.

According to El Chiringuito TV, the Barcelona manager has rejected the idea of pursuing alternative centre-forward options and believes the Atletico Madrid star is the perfect long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

The Argentine striker has become one of Barcelona’s biggest priorities during the summer transfer window, with the club determined to strengthen the No. 9 position after Lewandowski’s departure.

Flick Fully Committed to Julian Alvarez Move

Barcelona’s pursuit of Alvarez has become one of the biggest transfer stories of the summer.

Real Sociedad captain Mikel Oyarzabal has reportedly emerged as one of the players admired by Simeone.

Jordi Jota claimed:
